1, the transmitter to choose in no matter how to measure the hose can be filled with liquid parts of the installation, in order to avoid the measurement of no liquid in the hose and caused by no zero meter needle illusion.It is mounted vertically to reduce the deviation caused by the liquid passing through the electrode and causing bubbles.When leveling, the two electrodes of the steam flowmeter must be maintained on the same level surface to avoid settling or insulating the gas on the top of the pipe.

4. When the electromagnetic flowmeter is installed on the grounded metal material pipeline, keep the system software potential balance according to the grounding terminal on the transmitter of the electromagnetic flowmeter, that is, connect to the grounding terminal according to the cable copper cable with a section no less than 6mm2;When the electromagnetic flowmeter is installed on the ungrounded metal material pipe, the two flanges are connected to the pipe flange and grounded according to the cable copper cable with a section of at least 6mm2.Connect the terminal of transmitter or sensor to the ground terminal to keep the potential balance of the system software;When the electromagnetic flowmeter is installed on a plastic pipe or a pipe lined with an insulating layer, the system software potential balance is maintained according to the additional ground ring, which is connected to the ground terminal according to the cable copper cable with a section of at least 6mm2.

6. In order to ensure that the measuring tube of the electromagnetic induction total flow transmitter is filled with the measured substance, the transformer shall be installed vertically and flow from top to bottom, especially for liquid-solid two-phase flow. Be sure to install vertically.If only horizontal mounting is allowed on the spot, make sure both electrodes are in the same plane.

 

7. Gate valves and double circuit power supply shall be installed on both sides of the electromagnetic induction total flow transmitter.

 

8. The current potential of several millivolts of alternating current measured by the electrode of the electromagnetic induction total flow transmitter shall be based on the potential difference of liquid in the transmitter.In order to make the liquid potential difference stable and parallel position transmitter and fluid mechanics maintain equal potential, to ensure a smooth measurement, the transmitter case and metal hose both sides need to have a good grounding, converter case should also be connected to the ground, grounding resistor can not exceed 10 ohms, can not be used with other electrical equipment grounding wire.If cannot assure transmitter case and metallic material pipeline are good touch, use metallic material transmission line to connect them mutually, rely on again spectrum ground.

 

9, in order to prevent electromagnetic interference, transmitter and converter in the middle of the data signal must be shielded off the transmission line transmission, is not allowed to put the communication cable and power plug parallel surface in the same cable seamless steel tube, communication cable length generally cannot exceed 30m.

 

10. The installation address of the converter should prevent strong ac and dc magnetic fields and vibration. The working temperature should be -20~50¡æ, and there should be no corrosive vapor, and the air humidity should not exceed 80%.
