2. Excitation regulator system software

 

The excitation regulator system software is composed of excitation regulator electromagnetic coil, high permeability iron core and magnetic choke.There are several types of structures according to the measured pipe diameter.

 

1) transformer construction

 

This type of structure is very large based on the magnetic flux of the measuring tube and the induced electromotive force between the two electrical stages is also large and the measurement pixel is high.If the measured pipe diameter is large, the magnetic flux leakage and magnetic flux are increased, and the electromagnetic interference is also increased, thus reducing the reliability of the sensor

 

The construction is only suitable for caliber measuring tubes.

 

2) centralized winding structure

 

This structure is generally used as the electromagnetic induction sensor for measuring pipe diameter 10-1oomm. The excitation regulator winding is made into two frameless saddle type electromagnetic coils, which are placed on the left and right sides of the measuring tube. In order to avoid the transmission of magnetic inductance line, a layer of high permeability sand steel plate with thickness of o. 5mm is modified in the field to form a gaussian shielding ring.

 

3) spread winding structure

 

This kind of structure is generally used to measure the electromagnetic induction sensor with tube diameter exceeding about lOOmm. The winding of the excitation regulator is wound in layers to make a saddle type, with different levels of intimacy and dispersion. The high density winding is placed near the electric level, and the rare winding is placed in other positions, so as to maintain the uniformity of electromagnetic field.A magnetic yoke is added to the surface of the winding. Since the measuring tube is equipped with an excitation regulator electromagnetic coil, there is no need to modify the magnetic boots.In addition, because the spread winding type can reduce the volume of the instrument panel, so the large size of electromagnetic flowmeter generally choose this kind of structure.As shown in figure 8 to 7.

 

3. Electric-grade components

 

In general, the electrical level is in contact with the measured conductivity fluid mechanics. When the magnetic inductance line is cut by the laser of fluid mechanics, in a unique situation, in order to prevent environmental pollution of the electrical level, the capacitive sensor electromagnetic flowmeter can be selected. The electrical level is hidden inside the lining, not in contact with the measured conductivity fluid mechanics.The electrical level of such a steam flowmeter and the lining, conductivity hydrodynamics, produce a capacitor that, when hydrodynamics is used as an electrolyte for fluidity, results in alternating changes in the capacitance between the two electrodes, which may result in a change in the induced electromotive force (E).
