The basic specification range can reach DN2000, and the caliber of DN2000 or so can be supplied according to the agreement.
3. Measurement accuracy.The accuracy of vortex flowmeters is also of many grades and is divided according to the measuring medium.The vortex flowmeter of pipeline type, if be to measure liquid to get words, measure accuracy can exceed 1.0 class, measure gas to get words, precision can exceed 1.5 class.If the vortex flowmeter is inserted, the accuracy can exceed 1.5 and 2.5 stages.
4. Medium temperature.Generally speaking, it is divided into three categories, namely, normal temperature, moderate and mild temperature.The temperature ranges are -40 ~ 100¡æ(normal temperature), 100 ~ 250¡æ(medium temperature), and 100 ~ 320¡æ(high temperature).If the medium temperature is higher on the spot, such as some superheated steam, an orifice meter can be used to measure it.
5. Nominal pressure.The key is according to the installation method to divide, the following key demand in the market, such as flange card mounting type (2.5mpa), flange connection type (1.0/1.6/2.5mpa), plug-in mounting type (1.6mpa / 2.5mpa / 4.0mpa).
6. Power supply switch power supply.According to the requirements of the current sales market, the key is +12VDC(three-wire monopulse output), +24VDC(three-wire monopulse output and two-wire system current output) 3.6v lithium battery and dual-power supply system.
7. Output data signal.According to the current market requirements, the key voltage frequency monopulse output, two-wire 4-20ma output and HART output.In addition, some places may have to output a large number of digital output, people can also show modbus RS485 communication.
