Example: the electromagnetic flowmeter shows that the current instantaneous flow rate is Q1=54.28. The instrument panel coefficient K1=1.5372 is set inside the electromagnetic flowmeter, and the specific flow rate Q2=60.33 is certified according to the field experience or other methods. Then the desired flow rate can be obtained by changing K1:

 

That is, K2=(Q2/Q1)*K1= (60.33/54.28)*1.5372=1.7085. Set the obtained K2 into the coefficient column of the instrument panel of the electromagnetic flowmeter again, and replace the original K1 to obtain the new instantaneous flow Q2.
